LDPQ LTCC SMT Diplexers

Mini-Circuits LDPQ LTCC SMT Diplexers feature a small 1008 package size with a 2.5mm x 2mm footprint. These passive devices offer temperature stability, 50Ω impedance, and LTCC construction. The frequency range covers DC to 3000MHz (DC to 1280MHz, 1550MHz to 3000MHz). Mini-Circuits LDPQ Ceramic Diplexers have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Typical applications include communication systems, GSM systems, military, GPS, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
