These 0.5mm‑pitch jumpers are designed to provide high reliability and exceptional flexibility in a compact package. The Premo-Flex 15036 jumpers are optimized for automation, enabling robotic assembly while minimizing errors and rework. These jumpers mate with FlexiSnap‑15™ Easy‑On connectors to streamline assembly and bolster retention. The Premo-Flex 15036 jumpers support tight bend radius and offer 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 circuits. These jumpers feature a 0.35A current rating per contact, 21N retention-force, a maximum voltage of 60VAC, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105 °C. Typical applications include touchscreens, servers, infotainment systems, surgical monitoring devices, therapeutic monitoring devices, smartphones, tablet PCs, and wearable devices.
