Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. These off-the-shelf connectors can be modified, customized, or adapted to meet virtually any application need.

Ultra-Fit™ Power Connectors

Molex Ultra-Fit™ Power Connectors eliminate same-circuit-size cross mating and reduce terminal backout occurrences. The space saving, low mating force, high density Ultra-Fit power connector has a 12A or 14A current rating, 3.5mm pitch, and is available with color coding and mechanical keying options. Molex Ultra-Fit Power Connectors offering the premium housing features of proven Mini-Fit® and Micro-Fit 3.0™ connector systems. Color-coded housings mitigate the risk of mismating. An optional TPA retainer significantly reduces terminal backout. The streamlined design is 17% smaller than similar power connectors. An ultra-low mating force reduces operator fatigue when mating numerous high-circuit connectors.

Ultra-Fit Tangless Power Connectors

Molex Ultra-Fit Tangless Power Connectors are tangless wire-to-board connectors that provide more options for increasing terminal retention. Molex Ultra-Fit Tangless Power Connectors eliminate the need for designers to choose a V0 flammability-rated receptacle or Glow Wire-capable receptacle. The tangless receptacles offer both advantages on the same connector. These Ultra-Fit tangless connectors enhance existing Ultra-Fit receptacles, terminals, and TPA with their thumb latch design, tangless terminal locking tab feature, and tangless terminal receptacle design. The tangless devices do not require any changes to existing headers or plugs. Applications include automotive, home appliances, and commercial vehicles.
