Off-the-Shelf Squba Discrete Wire Cable Assemblies

Molex Off-the-Shelf Squba Discrete Wire Cable Assemblies are designed to deliver up to 6A per circuit with a 1.8mm or 3.60mm pitch for a wide range of space-constrained applications. These OTS wire cable assemblies feature IP68 NEMA rating, high quality, pin-to-pin mapping from the receptacle to PCB header, and 10mΩ contact resistance. The pin-to-pin mapping provides ready-to-use, plug-and-play connections. The OTS wire cable assemblies use the UL1061 approved wires which provide ease of design, prototyping, and production. These Molex OTS wire cable assemblies are assembled in ISO/TS16949-certified facilities to ensure the cable assemblies meet the current automotive industry standards. Typical applications include outdoor lighting, security systems, buses, recreational vehicles, industrial controls, and robotics.

Sealed Cable Assemblies

Molex provides Sealed Cable Assemblies with IP65, IP67, and IP69 ratings to ensure performance in wet, dusty environments. These are cable assemblies with NEMA-rated connectors, a matte-seal design for all circuit sizes that eliminates the need for cable wire seals, and panel-mount gasket seals that protect against dust and water ingress for a reliable connection. Molex Sealed Cable Assemblies are ideal for commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, HVACs, home appliances, and outdoor lighting.
