MP86952 Intelli-Phase Half-Bridge Gate Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP86952 Intelli-Phase Half-Bridge Gate Drivers are radiation-tolerant, monolithic half-bridge ICs. The Monolithic Power Systems drivers have built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. The MP86952 devices achieve up to 70A of continuous output current across a wide 3V to 16V input voltage range. This Intelli-Phase™ solution drives up to 70A of current per phase. The integrated MOSFETs and drivers achieve high efficiency through optimized dead time (DT) and reduced parasitic inductance. The MP86952 has an operating range of 100kHz to 3MHz.
