MPM3808 Synchronous Step-Down Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3808 Synchronous Step-Down Power Modules are integrated and easy-to-use modules with a built-in inductor and power MOSFETs. These power modules can achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT) with a good load and line regulation. The MPM3808 power modules employ input voltage (VIN) feed-forward and Costant-On-Time (COT) control to stabilize the Switching Frequency (fSW) across the entire VIN range. These power modules employ sleep mode for high efficiency under light-load conditions.
