MPQ2241-AEC1 Synchronous Step-Down Converter

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2241-AEC1 Synchronous Step-Down Converter has a configurable frequency (300kHz to 2.2MHz). It can achieve up to 1A of continuous output current (I_OUT) with peak current control for excellent efficiency and transient response. The MPQ2241-AEC1 generates an output voltage (V_OUT) as low as 0.606V and operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (V_IN) range. It is ideal for various applications, including automotive infotainment, clusters, telematics, and portable instruments.
