Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4324 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are highly configurable devices that support switching frequencies from 350kHz to 2.5MHz. Each device integrates both high‑side and low‑side MOSFETs, delivering 0.5A to 3A of continuous output current and up to 4A peak with peak‑current‑mode control for fast transient response and stable operation. The MPS MPQ4324 converters are offered in multiple compact package options, including QFN‑12 (2mm × 3mm), QFN‑12 (3mm × 4mm), and QFN‑14 (2.5mm × 3.5mm), and meet AEC‑Q100 Grade 1 automotive qualification standards.
