Noise Occurrence & Suppression Measures in 5G

5G communication services are being rolled out to usher in the latest next-generation communication. Noise suppression has become an important issue, especially regarding electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Murata provides engineers with complete support, including products and design-simulation software solutions based on expertise achieved through extensive on-site experience. This enables Murata to provide noise suppression solutions for a broad array of applications.

LQP03 High Frequency Film Chip Inductors

Murata LQP03T_02 Series 0201 High-Frequency Film Chip Inductors (SMD Chip Coil) are high-frequency film type and offer tight inductance E12 and E24 step values from 0.6nH to 120nH and an ultra-small size (EIA 0201, 0.6x0.3x0.3mm). This enables easy impedance matching at both RF and IF circuits within a compact high-frequency design. The LQP03T_02 Series offers a wide range of inductors with test frequencies at 500MHz and 300MHz, rated currents from 100mA to 850mA, and High Q value in the high-frequency range. The Murata LQP03T_02 Series 0201 High-Frequency Film Chip Inductors are ideal for high-frequency circuits of mobile phones (PA, ANT, VCO, GSM, CDMA, PDC), Bluetooth, W-LAN, and general high-frequency circuits.

LQP RF Film Type Inductors

Murata Electronics LQP RF Film Type Inductors are offered in a case size range from 01005 to 0603, supporting the trend toward miniaturized sizes. Because the micromachining of coil patterns is enabled by forming the electrodes using a photolithography technique, the LQP series features smaller sizes and high Q characteristics while offering a portfolio with inductance values that both deviate minimally and are finely graded. These inductors have a 100pH to 470nH inductance range in a compact package with SMD terminations. Murata LQP RF Film Type Inductors are ideal for use in the matching and resonance circuits of RF units that require smaller sizes as well as minimal tolerance in inductance and finely graded inductance levels. LQP inductors are also ideal for choke circuits that demand miniature sizes and low RDC. AEC-Q200 variants are available.
