PCA9452 Single Chip Power Management ICs

NXP Semiconductors PCA9452 Single Chip Power Management ICs are designed to support i.MX 93x family processors in both automotive and extended industrial applications. These PMICs offer highly efficient six step-down regulators, five Low Dropout voltage (LDOs), one 400mA load switch, a 2-channel level translator, and a 32.768KHz crystal oscillator driver. Three buck regulators support Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) features along with programmable ramping up and down time. The LDO1 features a very low quiescent current to provide power for Secure Non-Volatile Storage (SNVS). The PCA9452 PMICs operate at -40°C to 105°C ambient temperature range and integrate a 2-bit logic translator dual supply translating transceiver with auto direction sensing. Typical applications include Driver Monitoring Systems (DVS), occupant monitoring systems, cost-optimized gateway, and automotive infotainment (Audio and speech recognition).

Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs)

NXP Semiconductors Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) optimize power efficiency and simplify supply sequencing for application processors across diverse applications. These NXP Semiconductors PMICs offer a comprehensive system solution by integrating switching/linear regulators and optional battery management features like a battery charger, coin cell charger, and power path selection. Configurable via OTP, our PMICs can be tailored to meet specific needs, supporting ASIL B/D functional safety requirements for enhanced reliability in safety-critical systems.
