S32K3 32-Bit Automotive General Purpose MCUs

NXP Semiconductors S32K3 Automotive General Purpose MCUs are scalable 32-bit Arm^® Cortex^®-M7-based MCUs in single, dual, and lockstep core configurations supporting ASIL B/D safety applications. The S32K3 includes a hardware security engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, which supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates and free ISO 26262 compliant Real-Time Drivers (RTD) for AUTOSAR^® and non-AUTOSAR.
