Nexperia FR2JA Fast Recovery Rectifier is a 600V, 2A rectifier with high forward surge capability. This rectifier features a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placement. The FR2JA rectifier offers a fast recovery time of ≤250ns and is encapsulated in an SOD1001-1 SMA package. This rectifier offers a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The FR2JA fast recovery rectifier is used in rectification, reverse polarity protection, and freewheeling applications.
