Nexperia PSMN033 N-Channel MOSFET is a dual logic level N-channel MOSFET housed in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package. The Nexperia MOSFET uses TrenchMOS technology. The device features a high peak drain current IDM and a copper clip with flexible leads.
