This SoC supports all BLUETOOTH 5.4 features, BLUETOOTH Mesh, Thread, and Matter, and features the flexibility to accept the results of some BLUETOOTH specification updates. The nRF54L15 series offers hardware architecture fabricated using TSMC's 22ULL^® process technology. With an Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 processor running at 128MHz, this processor provides double the processing power of its predecessor, the nRF52840 series, while lowering power consumption. Nordic Semiconductor nRF54L SoC is ideal for various environments, including medical/healthcare, smart home, industrial IoT, gaming controllers, and other IoT applications.
