Orion Fans IP69K-Rated AC Fans are designed for heavy wash-down and high-temperature applications. The IP69K rating protects the fan from damage to the electronics during washdown procedures and ensures no contaminants will enter the fan motor. These fans were rigorously spray-tested with 80°C water every 30 seconds with the spray nozzle being 4" to 6" away. They feature a dual ball bearing system design and are available in 180mm to 280mm frames made from PBT, UL94V-0 diecast aluminum. Typical applications for Orion Fans IP69K-Rated AC Fans include food and beverage, medical equipment, pharmaceutical devices, networking and telecom, and marine.

IP69K-Rated AC & DC Fans

Orion Fans IP69K-Rated AC and DC Fans are an optimal solution for applications where fans may be exposed to contaminants, sanitation washdowns, and extreme temperatures. The IP69 rating ensures the fans can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure washdown environments. The "K" on the rating denotes the specific degree of protection for use in road vehicles as per ISO 20653. Special functions include a tachometer, alarm, PWM, thermal speed control, and more.
