A4/AC/AS Floating Self-Clinching Fasteners

PEM A4/AC/AS Floating Self-Clinching Fasteners are designed for clinching into stainless steel/aluminum panels and sheets. These fasteners offer load-bearing threads in thin sheets and permit a total of 0.76mm adjustment for mating hole misalignment. The A4/AC/AS fasteners are squeezed into prepared holes using a standard press. The sheets remain flush on one side, and the fasteners are permanently locked in place. These fasteners come without locking threads. The A4/AC/AS fasteners are used in industrial, manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication applications.
