Panasonic TQT POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are high-voltage, large capacitance capacitors ideal for solid-state drive (SSD) backup and high-load current applications. The POSCAP capacitor family features a sintered tantalum anode system with highly conductive polymer for high reliability and heat resistance. The TQT series has a high energy density and can withstand 2000 hours at +105°C within a 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 1.4mm small package. The Panasonic TQT POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer a long life span and are suitable for notebook PCs with USB Type-C capability.
