5KMC Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

PANJIT 5KMC Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to sustain 5KW peak pulse power dissipation (tp = 10μs/1000μs). These surface mount TVS diodes feature a 12V minimum supply voltage, 260°C/10s high-temperature soldering at terminals, and a -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range. The 5KMC TVS diodes are lead-free compliant with EU RoHS 2.0 and weigh approximately 0.2325g. These diodes are ideal for server motherboards, I/O interfaces, and V_CC bus protection applications.
