PEC38 AU ESD Suppressors

PANJIT PEC38 AU ESD Suppressors are automotive-grade Bi-directional ESD protection discrete with 8V, 12V, 15V, 24V, and 36V. These suppressors are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer low clamping voltage and high anti-static 30KV capacity to enhance product reliability. The PEC38 AU comes with SOD-123, SOD-323, SOT-23, SOT-323, and SOT-523 packages. The suppressors are widely used in electronic control units, lighting controls, passenger seat modules, and instrument panels.
