Phoenix Contact CCS Type 2 - Fast DC Charging Products for Europe are the ideal charging interface for everyday charging situations in Europe. Combined Charging System (CCS) technology is suitable for both conventional AC charging and for DC charging on the move. The CCS vehicle connector system easy inserts into the vehicle inlet and transmits DC current up to 200A. Phoenix Contact CCS Type 2 - Fast DC Charging Products for Europe comply with IEC 62196.

Type 2 - Conventional AC Charging for Europe

Type 2 - Conventional AC Charging Products for Europe carry out single- or three-phase AC charging in charging modes 2 and 3. As part of the safety concept, both PP and CP signal contacts assume control functions. These detect whether the vehicle connector is correctly inserted in the inlet and which level of power may be used for charging. Type 2 - Conventional AC Charging Products for Europe comply with IEC 62196.
