CMD195/CMD196 SPDT Non-Reflective Switch MMICs

Qorvo CMD195/CMD196 SPDT Non-Reflective Switch MMICs are broadband non-reflective GaAs MMIC SPDT switches in die form. The CMD195 covers DC to 20GHz and features a low insertion loss of 2dB, and high isolation of 37dB as well as a positive gain slope. The positive gain slope feature allows for several switches to be cascaded together without the need for gain equalization circuitry. The CMD196 covers DC to 2GHz and features a low insertion loss of 1.75dB and high isolation of 46dB at 14GHz. The Qorvo CMD195/CMD196 die operates using complementary control voltage logic lines of 0/-5V and requires no bias supply.
