Power Application Controller®

Qorvo Power Application Controller® (PAC) is highly optimized for controlling and powering next-generation smart energy appliances, devices, and equipment. These application controllers integrate a 50MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0 32-bit microcontroller core with proprietary Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, and Application Specific Power Drivers™ to form compact microcontroller-based power and general-purpose application systems ranging from digital power supply to motor control. These Qorvo microcontrollers feature up to 32kB of embedded Flash and 8kB of SRAM memory, a high-speed 10-bit 1μs analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with dual auto-sampling sequencers, 5V/3.3V I/Os, flexible clock sources, timers, a versatile 14-channel PWM engine, and several serial interfaces.

Intelligent Motor Controllers

Qorvo Intelligent Motor Controllers offer a portfolio of complete, intelligent BLDC/PMSM motor control and drive solutions. The devices provide an assortment of hardware, firmware, and tools for sensored and sensorless applications spanning the industrial and automotive markets. Qorvo Intelligent Motor Controllers integrate all necessary analog and power management peripherals with a 32-bit Arm® Cortex® M0 or M4F microcontroller unit (MCU) and a 44V to 600V input voltage capability.

PAC5527 48V Charge Pump Motor Controller & Driver

Qorvo PAC5527 48V Charge Pump Motor Controller and Driver is optimized for high-speed motor control and driving for battery-powered BLDC motors. The PAC5527 integrates a 150MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F32-bit microcontroller core with a highly configurable Power Manager, Qorvo’s proprietary and patent-pending Configurable Analog Front-End™ and Application Specific Power Drivers™. This forms a compact microcontroller-based power and motor control solution.

Drone Solutions

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms. Sensorless control reduces the BOM and increases reliability, enabling precise, real-time motor control for higher efficiency and longer flight times. Accurate flight control prevents drone crashes by leveraging precise real-time 3D positioning and radar collision prevention. A long-range communication link between the drone and the controller, utilizing Qorvo GaAs LNAs and GaN PAs, extends the range. A small-form-factor single-chip BMSoC and intelligent PMICs for high-efficiency performance offer highly integrated power management solutions.
