QM55011 IoT Front End Modules (FEMs)

Qorvo QM55011 IoT Front End Modules (FEMs) are low-power cellular modules with a universal multi-band power amplifier (PA) and an adaptive biasing scheme for maximum efficiency. These multi-band multi-chip RF FEMs support NB-IoT 1/2, Cat-M 1/2, and non-terrestrial network (NTN) applications. The QM55011 series also supports low-band (LB) frequencies from 663MHz to 915MHz and mid-band (MB) frequencies from 1695MHz to 2010MHz. Additional features include an integrated harmonic rejection LPF, an antenna switch, and an auxiliary TX/RX path. The QM55011 band select and bias are programmed through a MIPI. Qorvo QM55011 IoT FEMs are halogen free and RoHS compliant and come in a small, low-profile 24-pin package with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.6mm. Applications include Cellular Internet of Things (CIoT) front ends, wearables, metering, and asset tracking.
