QPA3250 CATV Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier

Qorvo QPA3250 CATV Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier uses GaAs pHEMT die and GaN HEMT die and operates from 45MHz to 1218MHz frequency range. This power doubler module offers excellent linearity, superior return loss performance, and extremely high output up to 76.8dBmV composite power or 67dBmV virtual level. The QPA3250 Amplifier is optimized to work under Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD) in order to save power or to improve linearity. The DC current and supply voltage of the device can be externally adjusted for optimum distortion performance versus power-consumption over a wide range of output level. Typical applications include 45MHz to 1218MHz CATV amplifier systems, Node+x, and deep fiber node systems.
