Qorvo QPA9942 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier is a high-efficiency, linearizable power amplifier targeting Band N78 small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. Using InGaP/GaAs HBT technology, the product delivers high efficiency of 26% at +28dBm average output power while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -50dBc for wideband 5G signals.

Drone Solutions

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms.
