TGA2578 Wideband Power Amplifier

Qorvo TGA2578 Wideband Power Amplifier is based on a TQGaN25 0.25um GaN on SiC process. With an operating range from 2GHz to 6GHz, the TGA2578 delivers 30W saturated output power with a power-added efficiency of >30%, and >26dB small signal gain.
