RA2 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA2 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are entry-level 32-bit MCUs offering excellent cost, performance, and ultra-low power consumption as part of the Renesas RA Family. The RA2 MCUs support up to 48MHz of CPU performance using an Arm Cortex-M23 core with up to 256KB of embedded flash memory. The RA2 has a wide single voltage supply range from 1.6V to 5.5V.

RA2L1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group

Renesas Electronics RA2L1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group offers ultra-low power with an energy-efficient, 48MHz ARM® Cortex®-M23 CPU, including enhanced peripherals. The RA2L1 MCUs provide a low power operation down to 64uA/MHz in active mode and 250nA in software standby mode. With a 48MHz Arm Cortex-M23 CPU, enhanced capacitive touch sensing unit, 32-bit timer, 12-bit ADC, and a CAN, the device features a high integration level.

RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core architecture, with a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next-generation embedded solutions.
