600W TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics 600W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). These devices feature a fast response time and a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Featuring Planar Technology, these TVS devices are ideal for high-end equipment and Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide long-term reliability and stability. Their low clamping voltages provides a high safety margin to protect sensitive circuits with extended life time expectancy. STMicroelectronics 600W TVS Diodes also feature a maximum junction Temperature (T_J) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments. SM6FxAY TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics SM6FxAY Transient-Voltage-Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605.
