The STMicroelectronics rectifiers range from 15V to 200V and from 1A to 240A, covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. These STMicroelectronics devices are avalanche-specified for improved ruggedness. The devices feature a broad range of package offerings, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines and the PowerFLAT™ package. PowerFLAT is a step further in power density for 30V and 45V bypass diodes designed for solar panel junction boxes.

High Voltage Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics High Voltage Power Schottky Rectifiers feature negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching, low thermal resistance, and high junction temperature capability.
