H-series Triacs

STMicroelectronics H-series Triacs are designed to operate at a 800V and 150°C, providing enhanced thermal management, compact drive of heavy AC loads, and heatsink size reduction. Based on ST Snubberless High Temperature Technology, the T3035H-8G, T3035H-8I, and T3035H-8T H-series Triacs offer high specified turn off commutation and noise immunity levels up to the T_j max.

High-Temperature Triacs

STMicroelectronics High-Temperature Triacs are available in through-hole or surface-mount packages and are suitable for general purpose mains power AC switching. These high-temperature 20A and 30A Triacs provide a very high switching capability up to junction temperatures of 150°C. The heatsink can be reduced, compared to traditional Triacs, according to the high performance at given junction temperatures.
