Samtec PCI Express® Edge Card Sockets feature a 1.00mm pitch and support 1, 4, 8, and 16 PCI Express links. These sockets come in four designs: PCIE 3.0, PCIE 4.0 (PCIE-LP), PCIE 4.0 (PCIE-G4), and PCIE 5.0/6.0. The PCIE 4.0 (PCIE-LP) solution has a low-profile design for space savings, while the PCIE 4.0 (PCIE-G4) solution features a slim body design, and the PCIE 5.0 solution offers differential pair signaling. Samtec PCI Express Edge Card Sockets mate with 1.6mm thick cards and have vertical, right-angle, and edge-mount options.

High-Speed Edge Card Connectors

Samtec High-Speed Edge Card Connectors feature a wide variety of pitches, including 0.5mm, 0.635mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.27mm, 1.6mm, and 2mm. Mounting angles include straight, right, and vertical. These connectors are offered in an expansive range of mounting styles such as edge mount, board lock, mounting peg, SMD/SMT, straddle mount, through hole, and more.
