Schurter HCF SMD Solid-State Fuses are robust surface-mount fuses designed using solid-state / thin-film technology. HCF is ideal for use in particularly harsh-environment applications in which the reliable interrupt of high currents is critical. This Schurter solid-state fuse series features a metallic thin film layer instead of the melting wire of conventional fuses. The fuse element of the HCF series guarantees the necessary stability and interrupt capacity. Schurter HCF offers a high breaking capacity of up to 1000A and a 5A to 15A rated current.
