SiT9121 High Performance Differential Oscillators

SiTime SiT9121 are highly flexible, ultra-performance, programmable differential oscillators that support LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. The SiT9121 differential oscillators cover any frequency between 1MHz to 220MHz with an RMS phase jitter of 0.6ps. Unlike quartz or SAW based traditional oscillators, the SiT9121 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5V to 3.3V), frequency stability (±10, ±20, ±25, and ±50 PPM), and package (3225, 5032, and 7050) options.
