C8051F5xx 8-bit Microcontrollers

The Silicon Labs C8051F54x, C8051F55x, C8051F56x, and C8051F57x 8-bit automotive and industrial microcontroller (MCU) families feature fastest-in-class 50 MIPS speed, CAN and LIN serial interfaces included in the hardware, and a cost-reducing high level of integration. The Silicon Labs C8051F55x MCU is the industry's first 8-bit mixed-signal MCU to offer 32 kB of Flash in an integrated CAN to LIN gateway with no external timing components. C8051F5xx MCUs also provide a high-accuracy ADC, an integrated precision voltage reference, and a high-accuracy internal oscillator. These Silicon Labs devices are designed for space-constrained applications requiring precision analog interface, digital processing, and a networked serial bus.
