Si82Bx Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si82Bx Isolated Gate Drivers are single-channel isolated gate drivers for high-power applications. The Si82Bx series comprises devices with either a single output or split outputs, allowing for independent control of the output rise and fall times. These drivers can operate with a 3V to 20V input supply and a maximum gate driver supply voltage of 30V. The inputs are CMOS, which provides a robust noise margin.
