Timer Interconnection System

TE Connectivity's (TE) Timer Interconnect System features contacts used extensively in the automotive industry. Each contact of this TE series consists of a flat receptacle, which mates with a flat tab. The receptacle has two respective four contact springs, which are independent of each other. Two-piece contacts with a steel top spring are predominantly. This two-piece contact design means that the electrical and mechanical properties are separated. One end of the contact body is either crimped to wire or soldered to a printed circuit board. The other end of the contact body mates with the matching tab.

LEAVYSEAL Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) LEAVYSEAL Connectors are a sealed high pin-count solution offering flexible usage for various applications. With in-line/flange or PCB mount options, arrangements from 15 to 120 positions, and mixed terminal sizes in one housing, LEAVYSEAL provides a large portfolio, including a wide range of accessories. Variants made of flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 material, a high-temperature range of -40 to +140°C, and a high level of IP protection (IP67, IP69K with cover) make TE's LEAVYSEAL Connectors a secure solution for harsh environments. Modifications include reversed exit housings, more flexibility for design-in, and smooth exit housings for jacket wire usage.
