BC846BWH & BC847B/CWH NPN Transistors

Taiwan Semiconductor BC846BWH and BC847B/CWH NPN Transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified small signal transistors with 200mW power dissipation. These general-purpose transistors feature 100mA collector current, making them ideal for automated placement. The BC846BWH and BC847B/CWH NPN transistors offer 625°C/W junction-to-ambient thermal resistance, 100MHz transition frequency, and 4.5pF output capacitance. These NPN transistors are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and come in a small SOT-323 package. The BC846BWH and BC847B/CWH NPN transistors are ideally used in general switching and amplification applications.
