Analog-to-Digital Converters: ADS1158

Texas Instruments' ADS1158 analog-to-digital converters provide the industry's fastest cycle time of 675µs and provide the highest integration with the best performance in the multi-channel 16-bit market. Featuring 16-bit resolution, the converters include a 16-input multiplexer with external access to post-mux signals, internal temperature sensor, oscillator, and eight general purpose digital input/output ports. The ADCs operate from a unipolar +5V or bipolar ±2.5V analog supply and a digital supply compatible with interfaces ranging from 2.7V to 5.25V. The product is pin-for-pin compatible with the ADS1258.
