REF35/REF35-Q1 Precision Voltage References

Texas Instruments REF35/REF35-Q1 Ultra-Low-Power High-Precision Voltage References are nanopower, low-drift, high-precision reference devices with high ±0.05% initial accuracy with power consumption below 700nA. Low-temperature drift (10ppm/°C) and long-term drift (20ppm at 1000hrs) ensure system stability and reliability. The low power consumption combined with high precision specifications recommend the REF35/REF35-Q1 components for various portable and low-current applications. The REF35-Q1 voltage references are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These voltage references are used in driver monitoring, fault indicators, oscilloscopes, optical modules, and automotive front cameras.
