These devices have an operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V with low power consumption (10µA maximum ICC). The output drive at 5V is ±8mA with inputs that are TTL-voltage compatible. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT00Q-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
