Texas Instruments SN74AHCT02/SN74AHCT02-Q1 Quadruple 2-Input Positive-NOR Gates contain four independent 2-input NOR gates. These devices perform the Boolean function Y = A × B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT02/SN74AHCT02-Q1 has a low power consumption of 10µA (maximum) and an operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The input on these devices is TTL-voltage compatible and has an ±8mA output drive at 5V. The SN74AHCT02-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
