TMUX622x 1:1 (SPST) 2-Channel Precision Switches

Texas Instrument TMUX622x 1:1 (SPST) 2-Channel Precision Switches are complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switches in a dual channel, 1:1 (SPST) configuration. The device works with a single supply (4.5V to 36V), dual supplies (±4.5V to ±18V), or asymmetric supplies (such as V_DD = 12V, V_SS = –5V). The TMUX622x supports bi-directional digital and analog signals on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins ranging from V_SS to V_DD.
