TPS6602x Integrated Source/Sink Power Multiplexers

Texas Instruments TPS6602x Integrated Source and Sink Power Multiplexers contain an integrated 5V Source power path and a 4V to 22V Sink power path. The 5V Source path limits the output current to a safe level. This safe level is achieved by operating in a constant-current mode when the output load exceeds the selected current-limit threshold. Each power path supports overtemperature and reverse current protection.
