These voltage detectors are available in CMOS or N-channel open drain output configurations. The XC61x voltage detectors are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free. Typical applications include energy harvesting, wearable devices, smart meters, microcontroller reset and malfunction monitoring, battery voltage monitoring, system power-on reset, and power failure detection.
