TCK206G / TCK207G / TCK208G Load Switches

Toshiba TCK206G, TCK207G, and TCK208G Load Switches are 0.75V ultra-low voltage load switch ICs for power management and have a slew rate control driver and reverse current blocking function. Switch ON resistance is only 18.4mΩ (typ.) at 0.75V, -1.5A condition, and output current is available up to 2A (DC). The TCK207G and TCK208G modules feature an output auto-discharge function. Toshiba TCK206G, TCK207G, and TCK208G Load Switches are offered in a 0.5mm pitch ultra-small WCSP4C package (0.9mm x 0.9mm, t: 0.5mm). They are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as cellphones.
