MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Network Family

Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Network Family features three series to fit a wide range of applications. The portfolio includes AEC-Q200-qualified devices (MPMA series), a lead-free design (MPMT series), and tin leads (MPM series). These resistor networks provide ±2ppm/°C tracking and a ratio tolerance as tight as ±0.01% or ±0.05%. Other features include excellent long-term ratio stability and low noise. Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Networks are available in a standard SOT-23 package format with unity and common standard resistance divider ratios.

MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Networks

Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Networks have tin leads and feature ±2ppm/°C tracking and a ratio tolerance as tight as 0.01%. These compact devices offer exceptional stability for surface-mount applications. The standard SOT-23 package format, with unity and common standard resistance divider ratios, offers an ideal selection for most applications requiring matched pair resistor elements. Vishay / Thin Film MPM Surface-Mount Resistor Networks operate in a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
