Wolfspeed / Cree CAB400M12XM3 Half-Bridge Module is a 1200V and 400A all-silicon carbide switching-loss-optimised module. This module comes in a high-density footprint and offers high junction temperature operation. The CAB400M12XM3 module features 6.7nH low inductance design and implements switching-loss-optimised third-generation SiC MOSFET technology. This module incorporates a terminal layout that simplifies bus bar design, integrated temperature sensing, dedicated drain-Kelvin pin, silicon nitride insulator, and copper baseplate. Typical applications include uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), electric vehicle chargers, and motor and traction drives.
