ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

DURIS® S 5 PSLM Mid-Power LEDs

ams OSRAM DURIS^® S 5 PSLM Mid Power LEDs are single-color LEDs available in orange, amber, blue, red, green, and white illumination colors. The LEDs feature a 2.11V to 3.36V forward voltage range, 120° viewing angle @50% I_v, and 10mA to 200mA forward current range. These mid-power LEDs operate from -40°C to 100°C temperature range. The DURIS^® S 5 mid-power LEDs are available in a white SMT package with colored diffused resin. Typical applications include architectural lighting, accent and effect lighting, smart lighting, and cove lighting.
