ams OSRAM LZ4 LEDs provide high efficiencies in small packages for industry-leading flux densities (lm/mm2). These LEDs feature a range of color offerings, including red, far-red, green, blue, amber, and white. Typical applications include optical, thermal, entertainment, outdoor and industrial lighting, and electronic driver solutions.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

LED ENGIN LuxiGen® LZ4-01MNCA/MWCA High Power LEDs

ams OSRAM LED ENGIN LuxiGen^® LZ4-01MNCA/MWCA High Power LEDs are multi-color thin-film LEDs with silicone flat top for high performance over life. These LEDs feature 85 typical Color Rendering Index (CRI) and 120° typical radiation. The LZ4-01MNCA/MWCA LEDs are 40W devices capable of driving up to 3A input current. These LEDs produce a wide range of colors, including the standard Red, Green, Blue, and White (RGBW), helping to create vibrant and diverse lighting effects. The LZ4-01MNCA/MWCA LEDs operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include entertainment and outdoor and industrial lighting.
