ams OSRAM LED ENGIN LuxiGen® LZ4-04UVH0 LED provides a robust high-power ceramic package with an integrated glass window. The LZ4-04UVH0 offers 367nm λpeak with 120° typical radiation and implements UX:3 chip technology. The ams OSRAM LZ4-04UVH0 LED is designed for many applications, including entertainment, material processing, and medical lighting.

LED ENGIN LuxiGen® UVA Gen 5

ams OSRAM LED ENGIN LuxiGen® UVA Gen 5 are high-power UVA LEDs (365nm + Violet 385nm, 395nm, 410nm) designed for industrial UV curing. The devices optimize light extraction for higher efficiency, making them robust for industrial applications. The ams OSRAM UVA LEDs feature a very high optical output from small, compact packages, allowing a smaller heatsink and reducing the fixture form factor.

LZ4 LuxiGen™ UV LED Emitters

Ams OSRAM LZ4 LuxiGen™ UV LED Emitters are 365nm high flux density LEDs with an integrated flat glass lens. These LED emitters are available in a surface-mounted ceramic package and offer 1.1°C/W low thermal resistance. The ams OSRAM LZ4 LED emitters have a 2.2mm x 2.2mm Light Emitting Surface (LES) in a 7mm x 7mm emitter footprint. These LED emitters are ideal for imaging optics with beam angles as narrow as ±3°. The LZ4 LED emitters come in two variants: the LZ4-04UV0R-0000 UV emitter and the LZ4-V4UV0R-0000 UV emitter on a 4-channel Cu star MCPCB. Typical applications include curing, printing, PCB exposure, sterilisation, medical, currency verification, fluorescence microscopy, inspection of dyes, rodent and animal contamination, and forensics.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
